I hold no particular candle for Joe Clark (for the little I know about him, to be honest) but this analysis of Canada’s foreign posture (I use the word advisedly) under Prime Minster Harper seems to me pretty much on the money, and pretty much indicative of what is so wrong about Canada under the Conservatives.
