Frankly, I don’t go through them all. Some are more useful than others. But it is a drag nonetheless, especially as the search criteria seem so clumsy, and produce, at times, such bizarre results! I have registered with one of the government sites – Merx – for consulting and education policy, research or management work, and I get automated RFP’s sent to me, to fix the roof on some college building, or to tender for college traffic management and parking control! I kid you not! Duh!
